Please do not leave houses unattended when using them with candles and oils. Please be aware that the roof of the house heats up from the candles and becomes very warm/hot. Please look for possible hazards nearby and remove all flammable items. Please do not add water to the heated house, it should be added before the candle is lit. Please note that the houses are made of ceramic, so they can easily break if dropped. Therefore, keep them out of the reach of children.

After use, all houses can be cleaned with fresh water and detergent that you use at home, or simply with a paper towel or damp cloth to soak up the remains of the oil. Just make sure the house is completely cool before you start cleaning.

The smallest houses in our collection in the category “N” are designed as incense cone burners. They are designed for incense cones with a height of 8 cm, but can also be used for smaller cones. The rest of our products are designed for tea lights and aroma oils, so they can be used as aroma oil burners/aroma diffusers. The water and essential oils evaporate as steam, allowing the aroma of the essential oils to fill the room! NOTE: Before you put oil in the chimney, please check if the chimney has the bottom (if it is closed)! Some of our items have two chimneys: one suitable for oils and one as part of the design! To light your fairy house, you can also use electric candles or fairy lights.

Due to the high temperatures that our products go through in the production process, they are resistant to very high temperatures up to 1000 ℃. Please note that our products are made of ceramic, so they can easily break if dropped. Therefore, keep them out of the reach of children.

Products damaged on arrival will be replaced as soon as possible, just take a picture of it and contact us. Fortunately, due to the very good packaging, this problem does not occur very often!
